Hello and thank you for visiting! I am Neil
Price and I started SalesPoint Advisors in 2004 to help
technology and service companies through times of turbulent
change and challenge. Our sole goal is to drive changes for
our client organizations that can be realized in revenue and
profit growth within months, not years.
I brought to SalesPoint over 25 years
experience in sales and marketing management for high
technology products targeted at the worlds leading
companies. I have found that the problems faced in
addressing newly maturing markets, rapid technological
change and increasing and varied competition call for the
development of urgent actions to protect profits and
customers. The problems are often similar regardless of
market niche. I have built an association with other
experienced senior sales and marketing executives to offer
strategic management guidance for companies facing
challenges that we have seen may times before. The
process of discovering what to do next to protect and grow
your market position in these challenging environments is
what we are about.
We often begin with Strategic Assessment
and Planning to fully understand client strengths and
weaknesses. This will generally point the way to the
initiatives that need to be undertaken to quickly contribute
positive results.
The program descriptions you will find on
this site are not cookie cutter style programs like you
might find for a standard offering or training course.
We focus on your problems, in your environment. Every
engagement is different, however the process used will be
similar. Feel free to look over the program outlines. If you

own needs! Our role is to help assess, identify and
facilitate actions to improve your business. We bring an
outside objective view of your business based on our
experience over many years in a broad range of market
conditions. We may also have access to key information from
customers, competitors and prospects that is simply
difficult to obtain internally. We can be engaged in a
variety of ways from hourly to retained contracts. Our
expectation is that our services, and your actions based on
them, will return your investment many times over in the
first year.
